活塞式液壓缸的(de)工作原理
它只在(zai)活塞(sai)的(de)一側設有活塞(sai)桿,因而兩(liang)腔(qiang)(qiang)的(de)有效作用面(mian)積不(bu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)。在(zai)供(gong)油量(liang)相(xiang)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)時,不(bu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)腔(qiang)(qiang)進油,活塞(sai)的(de)運(yun)動(dong)速度不(bu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong);在(zai)需克服的(de)負載(zai)力(li)相(xiang)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)時,不(bu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)腔(qiang)(qiang)進油,所需要的(de)供(gong)油壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)不(bu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),或者說在(zai)系(xi)統壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)調定(ding)后,環(huan)衛垃圾車液壓(ya)(ya)(ya)缸兩(liang)個方向運(yun)動(dong)所能克服的(de)負載(zai)力(li)不(bu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)。





③ 從(cong)管路進入的異物,有多種情況。
a.清洗時不注意。管路(lu)(lu)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)好以后進(jin)行清洗時,不應(ying)通過(guo)缸體(ti)(ti),必須在缸體(ti)(ti)的(de)油(you)口前(qian)邊加裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)旁通管路(lu)(lu)。這一(yi)點很重要(yao)。否則,管路(lu)(lu)中(zhong)的(de)異(yi)物(wu)將進(jin)入(ru)缸內(nei),一(yi)旦進(jin)入(ru),即難以向(xiang)(xiang)外(wai)排(pai)除,反(fan)而變成向(xiang)(xiang)缸體(ti)(ti)內(nei)輸送異(yi)物(wu)了。再者,清洗時要(yao)考(kao)慮安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)管路(lu)(lu)操作中(zhong)所進(jin)異(yi)物(wu)的(de)取(qu)出方(fang)法。此外(wai),對管內(nei)的(de)腐蝕等在管路(lu)(lu)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)之(zhi)前(qian)即應(ying)進(jin)行酸洗等手(shou)續,必須完全去(qu)掉(diao)銹(xiu)蝕。
1、液(ye)壓(ya)缸(gang)(gang)設(she)計間隙(xi)不(bu)(bu)當產生的低(di)速爬行(xing),液(ye)壓(ya)缸(gang)(gang)內(nei)部活塞和缸(gang)(gang)體(ti)、活塞桿和導向套之間的滑動配合(he)間隙(xi)太大(da),引(yin)起滑動面(mian)的受(shou)壓(ya)不(bu)(bu)均(jun)勻,造成(cheng)(cheng)摩擦(ca)(ca)力不(bu)(bu)均(jun)勻,引(yin)起液(ye)壓(ya)缸(gang)(gang)低(di)速爬行(xing);滑動配合(he)間隙(xi)若(ruo)太小(xiao),加上零(ling)部件(jian)制造存(cun)在公差(cha),也會引(yin)起滑動面(mian)的受(shou)壓(ya)不(bu)(bu)均(jun)勻,造成(cheng)(cheng)摩擦(ca)(ca)力不(bu)(bu)均(jun)勻,引(yin)起液(ye)壓(ya)缸(gang)(gang)低(di)速爬行(xing)。

2、液壓缸(gang)內導向元件摩擦力不均(jun)勻產生的低速爬行(xing),液壓缸(gang)常用的導向材料有QT500.7、ZQAL9-4、非(fei)金屬支(zhi)撐環(huan)等,特(te)別是(shi)非(fei)金屬支(zhi)撐環(huan)尺寸(cun)不均(jun)勻,一些(xie)非(fei)金屬支(zhi)撐環(huan)隨油溫變化(hua)尺寸(cun)增(zeng)大或(huo)減小,即在油液中尺寸(cun)穩定性差(cha)直接造成(cheng)配合間隙的變化(hua),很容易造成(cheng)液壓缸(gang)的速度不穩定。
